How long does the battery last?

All Southern RobotX are equipped with a 24V alternator to keep your battery charged during use.  You do not have to have the engine running in order to drive our remote control mowers.  However, it is a good idea to charge the battery between each use to keep the battery topped off especially with the electric remote start models.  The ability to drive our remote control mowers without the engine running is great for your initial practice runs you will do to get a feel for how it handles before showing it off to friends and family.
